Yes, I'm still alive and kicking. Enjoying our new house, new location and new friends.
Still trying to keep in touch with old friends I don't plan on losing any time soon. I miss you, Sue!

So, basically I haven't posted a regular update since we moved back in October. Sheesh. That's pretty pathetic.

First minute of gag reel from Season 5 as promised!

If you haven't heard by now, Greg Yaitanes, one of the producer/directors from House has been feeding us lots of info and even gave us a deleted scene from last episode, showing House as a child in a flashback.

So, we have now been in our new house for about 2 weeks. I feel like part of a community again. Neighbors bringing house-warming gifts, giving us their names and phone numbers if we need anything. It's awesome.

Josh's school is right next to our subdivision so we walk or ride bikes almost every day. He's doing well, making new friends and we're all very happy. Even Ganny has met his new doggy friends behind us. :)

Sorry it's been forever since posting anything on my LJ. Obviously, quite a bit has happened in the last month or so.
We went from being content and staying at our home until paid off in about 6 years to "OMG, we're going to move!" in less than 3 weeks! Yes, in this market our house sold in 3 weeks!

It's a long story but anyway we decided to move to a wonderful town west of Chicago where Josh can grow up in a friendly neighborhood with lots of kids his age. We'll also be much closer to family. No more all day trips to visit grandma or grandpa. Yay! Also, the school district is AWESOME!

We found a beautiful house and are very excited about starting this new chapter in our lives.

So, the last month was filled with cleaning out the crawl space, cleaning the house from top to bottom, painting, fixing little things here and there.

Now we're in the middle of packing and plan on moving into our new House on Oct 1st!
